Technical Business Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Tailor and deploy suitable applications and solutions for external clients.

• Assess client requirements and engage in the design of business process specifications.

• Convert business needs into both off-the-shelf and customized specifications.

• Conduct testing and documentation of functional and business application software.

• Provide training to client personnel on functional and business application software.

• Assist others in addressing intricate issues within a specialized area based on established solutions and protocols.

• Collaborate with external clients to evaluate business requirements, configure ERP solutions, and ensure successful implementations.

• Serve as a trusted advisor, helping end users maximize the benefits of enterprise applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Equivalent work experience that imparts knowledge of and exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and practices.

• Experience with Sequel software.

• Capacity to foresee potential objections and persuade others to consider alternative viewpoints.

• Proficiency in interpreting internal and external business challenges and suggesting best practices to enhance products, processes, or services.

• Capability to work independently, seeking guidance only in the most complex situations.

• Skill in training and mentoring junior staff members.

• Expertise in one's own discipline for the benefit of clients.

• Ability to tackle complex problems and identify innovative solutions.
