📋 Description

• Investigate and resolve issues related to client support

• Analyze and troubleshoot data utilizing SQL

• Work with structured data formats including JSON, XML, CSV, and XLSX

• Assist in the production cycles of reporting and operational processes

• Implement configuration updates and enhancements to solutions

• Collaborate with both technical and client-facing teams across various regions

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Kurtosys products and client environments

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a technical support, technical business analyst, or client-facing technical role

• Strong proficiency in SQL and confidence in handling data

• Experience with APIs, JSON/XML, or structured data environments

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn

• A candidate who is curious, collaborative, humble, and takes ownership of their work
