This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Collaborate with BRM/BPC, BSA, project managers, developers, QA, architects, solution designers, and other IT stakeholders.
• Comprehend business needs, gather business requirements, and convert them into technical specifications.
• Manage project timelines and key milestones.
• Create and uphold detailed Standard Operating Procedures.
• Identify and manage interdependencies across various domains.
• Drive and expedite project delivery and initiatives within established timelines.
• Foster collaborative relationships with domains and key partners, including the AI Council and Architecture Review Committee.
• Act as a subject matter expert for applications and platforms.
• Review documentation prepared by analysts for accuracy and completeness.
• Keep BRM/BPC, BSA, and PM informed about issues and risks.
• Ensure that technical specifications align with business requirements and anticipated functionality.
• Develop and sustain technical requirements, design documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Produce technical specifications and documentation, including systems mapping, data flow mapping, database queries, and table updates.
• Support user acceptance testing and training related to systems.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret data; contribute to project reports and dashboards.
• Over 6 years of experience in system documentation and/or technical writing.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline) or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Willingness to travel as required for the position, including divisional/team meetings and other in-person engagements.
• Must possess authorization to work indefinitely in the United States.
• Should not require immigration assistance or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Familiarity with business requirements, technical specifications, applications, and platforms.
• Proven experience in creating technical requirements, design documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, systems mapping, data flow mapping, database queries, and table updates.
• Background in assisting with user acceptance testing and developing systems-related training materials and sessions.
• Capability to extract, analyze, and interpret data for business decision-making and project outcomes.
