This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop the integration strategy, vision, and roadmap that connects Finxact Core with Fiserv products and strategic third-party solutions.
• Oversee technical discovery, architecture, and solution design for intricate integrations.
• Design, create, and maintain API-based integrations, interfaces, and supporting components.
• Construct and uphold production integrations from start to finish.
• Direct complex integration projects across various teams, monitor milestones and risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Evaluate integrations developed by clients, partners, and vendors for alignment with Finxact standards and architectural principles.
• Produce and sustain technical documentation, reference architectures, integration artifacts, and knowledge base materials.
• Convey technical concepts, trade-offs, and recommendations to executive leadership, clients, partners, as well as technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, enterprise integration architecture, or API-based integration delivery within complex technology environments.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, integration patterns, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.
• At least 6 years of experience leading intricate, cross-functional technical projects from inception to completion.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience working directly with clients, partners, vendors, and senior stakeholders in a technical consulting, solution architecture, or integration capacity.
• Experience in analyzing business and technical requirements and translating them into scalable, secure, and maintainable integration solutions.
• Proficiency in communicating technical concepts, solution trade-offs, and implementation guidance to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, relevant experience, and/or military experience.
• Must currently have valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.

• Experience in financial services, banking technology, fintech platforms, payment processing, or core banking environments is desirable.
• Familiarity with the Fiserv product portfolio or similar financial technology platforms is a plus.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and contemporary integration tools is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Golang or a similar object-oriented or service development language is beneficial.
