This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• You will connect technology and business goals, utilizing your analytical skills to create innovative data models, scoring systems, and user interface visualizations, from extensive data queries to understanding the investigative approaches of end users.
• Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to pinpoint and analyze real-world challenges, assisting our clients on their path to achieving optimal technical and business solutions across a diverse range of use cases.
• Collaborate closely with internal Quantexa teams to propel the development of new features and enhancements to our rapidly evolving products and best practices.
• Validate outcomes with investigator teams to ensure our solutions effectively address issues, and lead the fine-tuning and enhancements of these solutions to make a tangible impact.
• Act as the primary contact for our clients and development teams, engaging with end users to promote the adoption and effective use of their new solutions.
• You exhibit independence and proactivity, exercising a high level of autonomy and judgment, knowing when to involve the broader Quantexa organization for assistance.
• You possess a strong blend of business analysis and requirements management expertise.
• You excel at asking insightful questions to gain a comprehensive understanding of challenges and the specific needs of end users.
• You are comfortable utilizing technical tools and data analysis platforms, equipped with the skills to navigate, query, review, and manipulate extensive datasets.
• You demonstrate robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, adapting swiftly to changing challenges and devising solutions that align with client needs.
• You possess excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of success in dynamic client environments, able to articulate complex technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You have a solid understanding of the elements that contribute to a high-quality, operationally stable system, prioritizing system reliability and durability alongside new features and functionalities in project work.
• You have addressed a variety of challenges in data analysis and technical problem-solving, contributing to numerous complex, data-oriented projects.
• Domain Experience: You bring substantial experience in the financial crime compliance sector, particularly in AML/KYC.
• A valid Secret Level II government security clearance is required, either current or obtained within the past 12 months, as a mandatory requirement for this role.
