Technical Business Analyst, Remote from Poland

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead the gathering of requirements and develop essential documentation for various integration projects.

• Generate and manage Jira epics and user stories.

• Coordinate and evaluate documentation across different teams to ensure that dependencies are well-documented.

• Provide support for projects throughout the entire delivery and development phases.

• Promote alignment among various departments while collaborating closely with a designated Project Manager.

• Carry out Business Analyst responsibilities for approximately 70% of the time and system analyst tasks for up to 30%.

• Flexibly manage several short-term projects at once, typically lasting between 3 and 10+ months.

⛳️ Requirements

• Around 5 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in supporting technical, enterprise-level projects and integrations.

• Demonstrated expertise with open APIs, JSON, various payloads, and relevant technical documentation.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and significant experience using Jira.

• Direct experience in a regulated, compliance-focused environment.

• Capability to map business processes, process flows, transaction flows, system diagrams, and interactions.

• Proficient in communicative English.

• Nice to have: experience in the gaming and lottery sectors.

• Nice to have: familiarity with the company’s specific platforms.

• Nice to have: experience with SQL or SAFe methodologies.
