This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

• Investigate and resolve client support issues

• Analyze and troubleshoot data utilizing SQL

• Work with structured data formats including JSON, XML, CSV, and XLSX

• Support the production cycles of reports and operational processes

• Implement updates to configurations and enhance solutions

• Collaborate with both technical and client-facing teams across various regions

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Kurtosys products and client environments

• 3–5 years of experience in a technical support, technical business analyst, or client-facing technical role

• Proficient SQL skills with confidence in handling data

• Familiarity with APIs, JSON/XML, or structured data environments

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn

• A curious, collaborative, humble individual who takes ownership

• Familiarity with JavaScript debugging or scripting (Nice to have)

• Experience in SaaS or platform support (Nice to have)

• Exposure to financial services or asset management (Nice to have)

• Experience with Jira and Confluence (Nice to have)
