Technical Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Break down intricate business processes into detailed requirements

• Work closely with Project Managers and technical teams

• Manage Spec-Driven Development documentation from start to finish

• Establish the definition of 'correct' for different business entities

• Convert business policies into well-structured specifications

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Spec-Driven Development

• Expertise in EARS-formatted requirements and Gherkin acceptance scenarios

• Competence in creating and maintaining data dictionaries and schema specifications

• Ability to define field-level validation rules and data quality standards

• Understanding of business-rule definitions and structured guardrail specifications

• Experience with process and workflow modeling
