Project Management Coordinator / Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Deliver essential administrative support to the team.

• Prepare project documentation.

• Manage escalation of commitments.

• Process invoices and payment applications.

• Conduct financial reconciliations.

• Oversee project management from initiation to completion.

• Acquire external quotes for processing.

• Coordinate change orders, change directives, and contemplative change notices with consultants and vendors.

• Organize meetings and communication plans regarding projects among teams and clients.

• Assist with the administration of contracts.

• Attend tender openings and record outcomes.

• Issue acceptance and regret letters.

• Input project information and data into project management technology tools.

• Process invoices and payment applications.

• Support project administration deliverables.

• Aid in the project closeout process, including turnover documentation and financial reconciliation.

• Utilize existing procedures to address straightforward problems while exercising limited discretion.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally with a finance background and a keen interest in data analysis.

• Capability to adhere to established work routines, procedures, and standards while completing assigned tasks.

• Strong communication skills, enabling clear and professional exchange of straightforward information.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other related tools.

• Required experience using SAP Finance.

• Familiarity with Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) is preferred.

• Excellent organizational skills, with a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.

• Basic mathematical abilities, including calculating percentages, discounts, and markups.
