Billing Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Establish connections with clients by performing needs assessments to determine their EHR requirements.

• Align customer workflows with the software functionalities.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their software needs and devise innovative solutions to meet user requirements and address issues.

• Liaise with both the client and internal teams to implement updates to the customer environment, ensuring thorough testing of application settings to confirm operational efficiency.

• Create, document, and update procedures for application design, testing protocols, and quality standards, including the evaluation of new build designs.

• Develop training materials, organize and compile training presentations to enhance understanding, and conduct training sessions for new users to guide them in using the application.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related discipline.

• Experience within the behavioral healthcare sector, specifically in a billing context.

• Familiarity with customer service principles and personal service concepts.

• Strong skills in complex problem-solving, along with sound judgment and decision-making capabilities.

• Prior experience with Electronic Health Records is advantageous.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with proficient written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail.

• A sense of urgency and the capability to prioritize daily tasks effectively.

• A remarkable work ethic, coupled with drive, motivation, and a commitment to achieving quality outcomes.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% as required.
