Technical BA/Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• This role is versatile, combining Business Analyst duties such as collecting requirements from stakeholders, creating detailed specifications, developing user stories, and performing demonstrations, along with Project Manager responsibilities like implementing development processes, methodologies, and task tracking tools, ensuring timely delivery, enhancing information flow and product feedback loops, managing stakeholder relationships, and balancing conflicting interests.

• The position also includes pre-sale activities such as conducting discovery workshops for prospective clients, gathering requirements, formulating an initial project outline, and aiding in time and effort estimations.

• In summary, the role encompasses comprehensive end-to-end accountability for the implementation of products or services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a developer or in QA.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project or Program Manager, or in a comparable role within a complex environment.

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

• Proficiency in change management.

• Adequate business analyst capabilities (requirements elicitation, user story/specification writing, task decomposition, etc.).

• Strong people management skills and a genuine interest in pursuing a management career path.

• Proficient in English.
