Technical Assistant – Chemist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute treatability studies and validate products through pilot-scale jar tests, aiding in the selection of the most appropriate product for treatment;

• Offer specialized technical assistance to key sectors including Pulp & Paper, Sanitation, and Industrial Processes, delivering solutions to reported challenges;

• Provide expertise in physical-chemical laboratory operations and the analysis of operational control parameters;

• Modify treatment processes to enhance material consumption (cost/benefit) without sacrificing quality, with the goal of improving both quality and cost-effectiveness;

• Recognize opportunities for enhancement and devise solutions or methodologies to reduce environmental impact;

• Support clients during maintenance tasks such as tank cleaning, product changeovers, equipment repairs, and infrastructure installations;

• Align with commercial strategies to bolster the technical sales of chemical products, fostering long-term professional relationships;

• Manage non-conformance incidents and out-of-specification products by proposing corrective measures;

• Provide insights on environmental legislation and regulations concerning the transportation of chemical products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines;

• Familiarity with water treatment is advantageous;

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite;

• Ideally residing near São Paulo (capital);
