Technical Asset Manager – MEP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Perform Technical Due Diligence with an emphasis on all MEP disciplines, including heating, ventilation, sanitation, air conditioning (HVAC/S), electrical systems, building automation, and fire protection for plants.

• Deliver thorough technical-economic and energy consulting services.

• Execute project controlling services with a concentration on MEP.

• Serve as the primary client liaison for all inquiries related to building services engineering (MEP).

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in Building Services Engineering, Energy/Utility Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or an equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in technical due diligence projects.

• Additional experience in technical-economic and energy consulting services associated with real estate.

• Further relevant experience in technical-economic consulting projects is preferable.

• Proficient in German, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.

• Willingness to travel across the country as necessitated by project requirements.
