This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Define and execute contemporary End User Computing (EUC) solutions to enhance efficiency and collaboration.

• Spearhead the integration of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and cloud-based EUC services.

• Manage the complete device lifecycle, encompassing procurement, deployment, and retirement.

• Establish and uphold EUC architectural standards and best practices.

• Provide technical guidance for EUC-focused initiatives throughout the RS Group.

• Ensure the stability, security, and performance of EUC environments in Business As Usual (BAU) operations.

• Assist IT projects that necessitate EUC expertise, including application implementations and infrastructure enhancements.

• Diagnose intricate EUC issues and offer support to IT support teams.

• Collaborate closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

• Interact with RS Group’s EUC, infrastructure, and security teams to promote best practices.

• Serve as a trusted advisor on EUC issues, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

• Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience as an EUC Architect or Senior EUC Engineer within a large enterprise setting.

• Profound knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows 10/11, and Azure Virtual Desktop.

• Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity & access management (IAM).

• Experience with cloud-based EUC solutions and modern device management.

• Comprehension of cybersecurity best practices relevant to an EUC environment.

• Background in IT integration projects, ideally concerning mergers & acquisitions.

• Capacity to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
