Technical Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide technical configurations and solutions for Fairmarkit customers.

• Engage in the complete implementation lifecycle starting from sales handoff to technical discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.

• Lead discovery and requirements analysis sessions.

• Create documentation for technical requirements, integration designs, data flows, field mappings, business rules, and acceptance criteria.

• Develop RESTful API integrations, which encompass authentication, JSON payloads, data transformations, and error handling.

• Set up workflows, intake forms, templates, routing rules, reference data, user roles, and permissions.

• Define and verify JSON Schema.

• Assist with SAML-based SSO configuration in collaboration with customer IT and security teams.

• Review, evaluate, prepare, and validate onboarding data from customers.

• Facilitate integration testing and user acceptance testing; troubleshoot issues related to configuration, data, and integration.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to address issues and communicate product gaps.

• Manage customer expectations, technical risks, dependencies, scope, and impacts on delivery.

• Record implementation progress, technical flow diagrams, design choices, and time reporting.

• Monitor and report on technical delivery milestones and project metrics.

• Aid in production readiness, technical cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.

• Transfer implementation details and outstanding support considerations to Customer Success and internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering enterprise software implementations, covering technical discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON Schema, authentication methods, data mapping, and integration patterns.

• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting SSO using SAML.

• Strong skills in technical troubleshooting and data analysis.

• Capability to convert customer objectives into practical technical solutions.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation abilities with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Effective collaboration skills across Professional Services, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support teams.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage technical deliverables for multiple customer implementations.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Desirable proficiency in Python, especially with pandas for data analysis and transformation.

• Familiarity with matplotlib is a bonus.
