This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Grasp clients' requirements as articulated by the Client Success Manager and client stakeholders.
β’ Evaluate technical, functional, and process-related needs.
β’ Analyze business process requirements and offer suggestions for enhancement.
β’ Oversee client ticket queues and address issues swiftly.
β’ Provide clear status updates on ticket progress.
β’ Configure Salesforce-based tools and technologies according to specifications.
β’ Perform testing and monitor issues along with their resolutions.
β’ Facilitate client training sessions to promote the adoption of solutions delivered by CTG.
β’ Develop documentation for business processes and contribute to the Craftsman knowledge repository.
β’ Communicate effectively and professionally in both verbal and written formats.
β’ Possession of Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Administration, technology, services, and/or business analysis.
β’ Background in the nonprofit or community development sector.
β’ Proficient in creating and troubleshooting Salesforce Flow.
β’ Familiarity with 3-5 common third-party Salesforce applications for nonprofits, such as FormAssembly, Click & Pledge, and Nintex DocGen.
β’ Proven ability to lead both internal and client-facing meetings with ease.
β’ Dedication to the continuous enhancement of technology skills, nonprofit practices, and knowledge of the nonprofit sector.
β’ Strong client-facing capabilities.
β’ Willingness to travel occasionally.
