Technical Analyst – Credit Risk, Decision System

📋 Description

• Coordinate and serve as a liaison among the Service, Operations, Technology, and Credit Policy areas for change requests, developments, and implementations.

• Collaborate with various internal departments to optimally implement strategies in SDS (the design tool for the PCO system – Experian).

• Design and execute test scripts for developments produced in the area.

• Conduct information analyses to help identify areas for improvement.

• Resolve incidents related to parameterization tools and manage them in collaboration with the Production Support team.

• Analyze control reports in the area to ensure the proper synchronization of tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a PCO Technician.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

• Experience with some of the following systems: Pega (Underwriting Automation), SAS Credit Risk, ACTICO, Lendflow, RiskSeal, Oracle Financial Services, FICO Decision Management.

• Strong organizational and planning abilities.

• Business orientation and vision.

• Teamwork skills.

• Initiative and quick adaptability to changes.

• Decision-making capability in the absence of a Manager.
