Senior Computational Support Analyst

📋 Description

• Configure, manage, and oversee storage devices and systems, including SAN or other forms of networked storage;

• Track storage usage, pinpoint bottlenecks, and strategize expansions or enhancements to avert future complications;

• Establish and enforce data retention, backup, and archiving policies, ensuring adherence to both internal and external regulations;

• Identify and rectify storage-related issues, minimizing disruption to the organization's operations;

• Conduct updates, patches, and maintenance of storage hardware and software to guarantee system stability and security;

• Keep comprehensive records of configurations, procedures, incidents, and enhancements made to storage systems;

• Engage in expansion or upgrade initiatives for storage infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and compatibility;

• Apply security measures, access controls, and encryption to safeguard stored data.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related discipline.

• Must provide evidence, through employment documents (Carteira de Trabalho and Previdência Social) or a statement from a recognized public or private entity, of experience in the specified specialty within critical corporate environments with high availability, covering at least: installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Storage Area Network (SAN)-based storage solutions.

• ITIL 4 training with a minimum duration of 12 (twelve) hours.

• Official ITIL 4 Foundation certification or a higher credential.

• HCIA – Storage V5.0 Course certification, or a more recent version.
