• Provide support for IT and OT infrastructure across APAC locations, primarily through remote assistance.
• Address escalated and intricate technical challenges related to infrastructure.
• Engage in and support regional projects pertaining to IT/OT infrastructure.
• Ensure the consistency, stability, and performance of network, server, and endpoint environments.
• Collaborate effectively with the Global Service Desk, vendors, and regional IT teams.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing initiatives.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or similar positions.
• A Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven hands-on experience with networking, servers, endpoints, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience in managing complex issues or escalations (L2+/L3 exposure).
• Capability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.
