• Serve as a reliable technical ally to dental professionals, guiding them through their digital journey.
• Accountable for the initial evaluation and processing of digital orthodontic cases.
• Provide exceptional technical support.
• Conduct on-site and remote demonstrations of Spark in close collaboration with Sales teams.
• Participate in travel and support dental events (25% travel).
• A background as a Dental Technician or Dental Hygienist is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital orthodontic workflows and manufacturing processes.
• Prior experience in a similar digital or technical support capacity, ideally encompassing:
• Intra-oral scanners.
• CAD/CAM systems.
• Digital design software.
• 3D printing and digital dentistry.
• Tech-savvy and digitally proficient, with solid IT skills (Windows, macOS, MS Office, remote support tools).
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
• A proactive, self-motivated professional demeanor, complemented by a strong collaborative spirit.
• An enthusiastic, analytical, and creative thinker who enjoys problem-solving and ongoing learning.
• Native-level Portuguese and fluent English; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel occasionally; a valid driver’s license is mandatory.
