Technical Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in infrastructure initiatives that encompass server builds, migrations, technical analyses, application mapping, documentation, and project management.

• Collaborate effectively with Project Services, Operations teams, and a variety of organizational stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Windows servers.

• Proficient in technical troubleshooting.

• Strong communication and documentation abilities.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience with storage, networking, and core infrastructure security is a plus.

• Background in Data Centre / IT infrastructure migration is desirable.

• Experience in project coordination is an advantage.

• MCSE Certification is considered a plus.
