This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +6 more states.
• Manage and coordinate the complete technical analysis and testing lifecycle for various complex technology projects.
• Develop, implement, and consistently enhance technical analysis and testing standards and best practices.
• Provide updates on testing progress to all stakeholders, including risks and quality metrics, to the executive project leadership.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
• Over 7 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• A minimum of 3 years in a test management position, ideally within the banking or financial services IT sector.
• Preferred qualifications include ITIL, CSTM, and ISTQB certifications.
• Proven experience in managing testing for vendor-based solutions in regulated environments.
• Strong technical expertise in SDLC, testing methodologies, test management tools (such as ALM, Zephyr, qTest), and defect management processes.
• Competency in risk assessment, problem-solving, and ongoing process enhancement.
• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance, security requirements, and data integrity standards pertinent to the banking industry.
