This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
• Ensure task and project deadlines are met through proactive dependency management and a consistent delivery schedule.
• Produce high-quality outcomes by making practical tradeoffs and ensuring a repeatable delivery process.
• Adhere to QRM principles by making design decisions that are reviewable and considering risk tradeoffs.
• Have a solid understanding of core technology stacks to make informed architectural and automation decisions.
• Effectively delegate tasks and provide instruction, ensuring that significant execution responsibilities are assigned to others when suitable.
• Recognize client challenges and design features that present clear tradeoffs.
• Oversee feature dependencies and manage budgets effectively.
• Craft client communications that clearly articulate tradeoffs and outcomes.
• Serve as a reliable partner in addressing features and tradeoffs.
• Consistently meet or surpass client expectations through repeatable delivery and enhanced efficiency.
• Mentor staff on tool utilization, patterns, and providing feedback.
• Manage conflicts constructively and foster trust.
• Provide and solicit timely feedback with clearly defined expectations.
• Optionally engage in market segment committees.
• Identify scalable opportunities and assist with pilot initiatives.
• Support practice marketing efforts as needed.
• Contribute to broader practice requirements, including mentoring and interviewing.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 4 years of professional experience in software development, particularly in AI and machine learning applications.
• Familiarity with foundational model APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and Llama.
• Proficient in programming languages including Python and C#, with experience in AI frameworks like LangChain, OpenAI, LlamaIndex, PromptFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Proven experience in implementing and integrating pre-trained AI models into applications.
• Strong grasp of machine learning algorithms and natural language processing techniques.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies, version control systems, and agile practices.
• Experience with cloud technologies (Azure) and managing large datasets (e.g., Azure Synapse, Databricks, Data Lakes).
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to resolve complex AI-related challenges.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and its regulatory aspects is advantageous.
