Technical Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate in managing the interview process for our essential engineering recruits, which includes DevOps Engineer (high priority), Data Scientist (high priority), Windows & Mac engineers, and Full-stack web engineers.

• Create the technical elements of the interview process independently, and either conduct the interviews personally or enlist trusted experts to assist in evaluating candidates' skills.

• Provide guidance to our Head of Engineering regarding organizational design and strategies for team expansion.

• Act as a technical advisor to our Head of Engineering beyond the hiring process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a CTO for other early and growth-stage venture capital-backed technology startups.

• Successfully scaled engineering teams from approximately zero to over 50 engineers in recent years.

• Possess a technical skill set capable of confidently assessing candidates across various roles, including AI, DevOps, Data Science, Full-Stack, and more.

• Developed engineering teams for products that are technically complex.

• Must be based in the USA only.
