This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver remote technical assistance to customers, technicians, and field sales teams for equipment utilized in practitioners' offices.
• Evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems from a distance.
• Offer remote repair services, including the escalation of complex or challenging issues.
• Supervise the Early Warning System, conduct trend analysis, reach out to customers, address issues remotely, and arrange for field technicians.
• Adhere to troubleshooting protocols and suggest solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Serve as an EST Mentor, providing support, guidance, and training to new employees and junior technicians.
• Generate timely and comprehensive service reports.
• Participate in necessary career development and manufacturer technical training sessions.
• Update team members and HUB dispatchers on assignment progress.
• Finalize and close work orders each day, documenting calls, tasks completed, and parts requested or needed, and submit for billing.
• Engage in special projects and undertake additional responsibilities as required.
• Act as a liaison between Henry Schein, customers, contractors, and EPM.
• Typically requires 7 or more years of relevant experience.
• Generally holds a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related field (preferred qualification).
• Proficient troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong mechanical expertise.
• Experience in service and installation.
• Knowledge level equivalent to a Senior Technician.
• Capability to mentor fellow technicians.
• Competence in leading technician roles.
• Advanced computer proficiency.
• Must possess cross-certifications in digital x-ray/software, digital CAD/CAM, or related areas.
• Strong oral communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Skilled in managing intricate issues, conflicts, multiple projects, and performing effectively under pressure.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, time-management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
