Technical Adoption Specialist – Forma, APS, Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate coaching sessions on products and workflows that assist customers in adopting Autodesk solutions.

• Perform coaching discovery calls to gain insight into customer workflows and their expected outcomes.

• Conduct live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions for end users.

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, showcasing thought leadership and product expertise.

• Create, revise, and sustain enablement content and learning resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in a related field.

• In-depth knowledge of Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) technologies and automation components.

• Experience with and support of Cloud APIs and API testing tools such as Postman.

• Familiarity with HTTP methods, along with the ability to construct and send HTTP requests to APIs.

• Demonstrated capacity to adapt and learn swiftly in a dynamic environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
