Technical Adoption Specialist – Autodesk Build, Construction Operation Industry Cloud, Forma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate product and workflow coaching sessions that assist strategic customers in adopting Autodesk solutions and activating essential workflows.

• Perform coaching discovery calls to gain insights into customer workflows, identify adoption obstacles, assess learning needs, and outline desired outcomes.

• Serve as a technical trusted advisor to clients, showcasing thought leadership and product expertise to support their adoption of Autodesk technology and achievement of business objectives.

• Create, update, and sustain enablement content, learning resources, and digital assets that facilitate coaching delivery and address specific customer workflow challenges, adhering to Autodesk quality standards.

• Conduct live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions (1:many) for end users, including guidance on workflows and sharing best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced understanding of the needs and workflows within the Architectural, Construction, and Engineering industries.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architecture, Construction, or a related engineering field.

• In-depth knowledge of Autodesk Build, Pype, Autospecs, and Forma.

• Experience in data management within a production environment.

• 5 to 6 years of experience in Construction or a related field.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly to both live and virtual audiences.

• Demonstrated capacity to be adaptable and learn swiftly in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in English.

• Experience in training others or developing learning materials.
