Specialist Adoption Architect 3

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Facilitate adoption workshops independently, converting customer requirements into actionable strategies.

• Identify and address moderate technical adoption challenges (e.g., integration issues).

• Create reusable best-practice materials for typical adoption situations.

• Collaborate with product teams to communicate Voice of Customer (VoC) insights for prioritizing the roadmap.

• Track Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth and usage metrics to enhance adoption strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive expertise in application migration and development on container platforms.

• Significant experience in building and deploying applications utilizing modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and container-based platforms such as OpenShift.

• Proficiency in programming languages including Java, C#, Python, Go, or Ruby.

• One or more of the following is advantageous: Experience with development technologies akin to Spring Boot, Node.js, JBoss EAP, JakartaEE, OpenJDK, and Quarkus.

• Experience with Backstage, Red Hat Developer Spaces, or similar widely used developer IDE environments.

• Knowledge of management, logging, and observability tools and solutions.

• Understanding of virtualization technologies for application deployment and operations such as VMware vSphere, KVM, etc.

• Awareness of broader enterprise architecture considerations that impact application platforms, including cybersecurity, compliance/policy, and the overall enterprise IT and applications landscape.
