Technical Adoption Specialist, Autodesk Pre Construction Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate product and workflow coaching sessions that assist strategic customers in adopting Autodesk solutions and activating essential workflows.

• Conduct coaching discovery calls to gain insights into customer workflows, identify adoption challenges, assess learning needs, and clarify desired outcomes.

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, showcasing thought leadership and product knowledge to support their adoption and achievement of business objectives using Autodesk technology.

• Create, revise, and maintain enablement materials, learning resources, and digital assets that aid in coaching delivery and tackle specific customer workflow challenges, adhering to Autodesk quality standards.

• Lead live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions (1:many) for end users, providing workflow-specific guidance and sharing best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth understanding of the Construction industry’s needs and workflows.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architectural, Construction, or a related engineering field.

• Extensive knowledge of Autodesk Takeoff, Estimate, Building Connected, Forma Data Management, Bid Board, TradeTapp, and ProEst in a production setting.

• Additional familiarity with Autodesk Platform Solutions, APIs, Forma Platform, and other Autodesk software is advantageous.

• 5 to 6 years of experience in Construction or a related field.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly to both live and virtual audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn swiftly in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in training others or developing learning materials.

• Proficiency in English.
