This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Act as an expert and specialist, entrusted with the responsibility of managing and nurturing your assigned client portfolio.

• Evaluate the impact of new features and fixes, aligning them with the organizational needs of customers.

• Assist in configuring Varicent-specific solutions tailored to customer requirements as needed.

• Produce and communicate monthly reports on performance and support metrics.

• Analyze usage data and metrics to determine necessary remedial actions.

• Aid in implementing remedial measures for proactive maintenance.

• Support colleagues by troubleshooting errors, bugs, and technical challenges while providing advice on best practices for optimizations—thereby enhancing team skills.

• Take initiative to identify growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with our team to promote sustainable project and product growth.

• Engage in Success Planning Workshops to drive Customer Success initiatives through effective Customer Success Planning.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review the change management process and suggest potential future improvements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Consulting and Enterprise Software Implementation.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a technical field or a related business discipline.

• Previous experience with Query Based Languages and Relational Databases.

• Technical data skills, including substantial experience with SQL, data manipulation, and Microsoft Excel.

• Time management skills: organize work schedules to ensure deadlines are consistently met.

• Strong business communication abilities.

• Experience in gathering and interpreting requirements and aligning them with product capabilities.

• Ability to empathize with customers and grasp their needs at every stage of the software lifecycle.

• Initiative and capacity to work with minimal oversight, along with the ability to adapt to evolving processes.

• Preferred: Hands-on experience with Varicent software products (administering, implementing, and/or supporting).
