Technical Account Manager – RTB

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee technical integrations and deliver continuous technical support.

• Track, assess, and enhance integrations to achieve designated targets and KPIs.

• Investigate and resolve issues and discrepancies related to exchange integrations.

• Elevate bugs to the Engineering and Product Management teams.

• Develop SQL-based internal dashboards and intricate reports for business departments and Product Management.

• Draft custom reporting API specifications for partners.

• Conduct manual testing of new features and modifications in logic.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot advertising display issues on both direct and external publishers’ websites across desktop and web platforms.

• Modify ad formats and styles to enhance user experience and profitability.

• Liaise with partners and internal managers to address technical concerns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL syntax.

• Proficiency in MongoDB.

• Proficiency in GET and POST requests.

• Proficiency in terminal and command-line tools.

• Familiarity with Programmatic and oRTB is advantageous.

• Experience with Chrome DevTools and Postman is beneficial.

• Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus.

• Intermediate level of English (B1 or higher).
