This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement strategies that enhance customer adoption and utilization of the Wiz platform across essential civilian agencies, the Department of Defense, and the Defense Industrial Base.
• Offer significant guidance during customer onboarding and operational integration.
• Act as the link between customers and Wiz's Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Support teams.
• Function as a reliable technical advisor and expert on the Wiz platform throughout deployment, setup, and operational phases.
• Serve as the main technical contact, facilitating the resolution of intricate architectural and operational issues in federal cloud environments.
• Guide customers towards complete adoption and value realization while emphasizing excellence in Cloud, Code, and Runtime security.
• Assist customers in formulating measurable success plans that align with security, compliance, and mission goals.
• Establish relationships with agency CISOs, Authorizing Officials, and technical experts.
• Convert federal cybersecurity regulations into actionable technical deployment plans.
• Support customers with Authority to Operate and continuous monitoring procedures utilizing Wiz's compliance and reporting features.
• Advocate for the federal customer internally and collaborate with Product and Engineering on government-specific platform improvements.
• Create documentation, mentor Technical Account Managers (TAMs), and cultivate technical subject-matter expertise throughout the team.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles related to cloud or cloud security products.
• More than 8 years of experience working with or supporting the U.S. Federal Government, Military, or Defense Industrial Base.
• Experience in delivering cloud solutions across at least one major Cloud Service Provider (CSP), including government-specific options like AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, and GCP Assured Workloads.
• Hands-on experience navigating the FedRAMP authorization process and federal security and hardening standards such as NIST 800-53, DoD CC SRG, DISA STIGs, or FIPS.
• Practical knowledge in deploying and operationalizing containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Practical experience in deploying and operationalizing DevOps technologies including CI/CD, Version Control Systems, or Infrastructure as Code.
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating system security concepts and technical troubleshooting.
• Multiple advanced certifications from CSPs are preferred.
• Security certifications such as CISSP or CCSP are preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities are preferred.
