Technical Account Manager – Mid-West Zone

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the reliable technical authority for key healthcare accounts

• Proactively oversee system performance

• Enhance relationships with stakeholders

• Foster stability, innovation, and long-term success for customers through Philips’ managed services offerings

• Function as the primary point of contact to ensure systems are operational and functioning properly

• Deliver regular updates regarding solution performance

• Observe trends in case management and collaborate with customer support to expedite the resolution of escalated customer issues

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in complex healthcare IT environments

• More than 3 years of experience in consultative, post-sales enterprise solutions utilizing client/server architecture

• Additional background in supporting clinical and/or healthcare applications is advantageous

• At least 3 years of experience planning and executing large software installations or managing them post-installation

• Comprehensive knowledge of medical imaging systems, DICOM, and HL7 messaging standards
