This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take responsibility for the daily technical health of designated client environments, ensuring stability, performance, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Lead the investigation and resolution of intricate technical issues, including the management of escalations.
• Conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCAs), providing thorough documentation of the root cause, impact, and corrective measures.
• Define and oversee the client User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy, execution, and final approval.
• Coordinate testing efforts among DataOps, QA, Engineering, and client teams.
• Facilitate defect triage and resolution, ensuring alignment on severity, priorities, and exit criteria.
• Support interoperability and regulatory testing, such as FHIR-based data, file, and API validation.
• Establish trusted working relationships with technical and operational stakeholders at client organizations.
• Represent the voice of the customer by translating client requirements and feedback into actionable internal insights.
• Ensure clients comprehend and effectively utilize Abacus products to achieve their business objectives.
• Lead by influencing cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, DataOps, QA, and Client Success.
• Contribute to the advancement of support, testing, and delivery playbooks.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through standardization, automation, and tooling.
• Experience in supporting complex healthcare SaaS data-driven platforms.
• Strong expertise in technical support, escalation management, and client-facing problem-solving.
• Experience in leading or coordinating UAT or QA initiatives.
• Proficient in SQL for data validation and root cause analysis within cloud environments (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).
• Clear and concise communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic client environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Availability for off-hours or weekend work during testing phases or critical production events may be required.
• Willingness to travel approximately 5–10% to client sites to cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships.
• Scrum Master certification or equivalent experience in agile/scrum delivery environments.
• Proven experience leading a QA effort for cloud software or equivalent experience.
