This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the health and expansion of a designated client portfolio.
• Conduct regular client evaluations (TBRs/QBRs) and uphold account plans.
• Facilitate internal execution while generating quotes and scopes that translate client needs into actionable tasks.
• Collaborate closely with our CTO to ensure client alignment with standards, identify risks early, and drive remediation and lifecycle planning that safeguards the client and enhances the relationship.
• Over 3 years of experience in an MSP or IT services environment in a client-facing capacity (TAM, support, Service Manager, Project Coordinator with client ownership, etc.).
• Proficient technical knowledge across standard SMB technology stacks: fundamentals of Microsoft 365, identity and access concepts.
• Understanding of endpoint management and patching principles.
• Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi basics).
• Familiarity with backup and business continuity principles.
• Foundational knowledge of security concepts (MFA, EDR, phishing risk, DNS filtering).
• Comfortable presenting to executives and business owners.
• Excellent organizational skills, follow-through, and written communication abilities.
