This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as an expert and specialist, entrusted with the management and development of your assigned client portfolio.
• Evaluate the impact of new features and fixes while aligning them with the organizational needs of customers.
• Assist in configuring Varicent-specific solutions based on the requirements provided by customers.
• Create and disseminate monthly performance and support metrics reports.
• Analyze usage data and metrics to pinpoint necessary remedial actions.
• Support the implementation of proactive maintenance remedial actions.
• Aid colleagues by troubleshooting errors, bugs, and technical challenges, while advising on best practices for optimizations—enhancing team skills in the process.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with our team to foster sustainable growth in projects and products.
• Engage in Success Planning Workshops to promote Customer Success initiatives through effective planning.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess the change management process and suggest future state improvements where feasible.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Consulting and Enterprise Software Implementation.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a technical discipline or a related business field.
• Previous experience with Query-Based Languages and Relational Databases.
• Strong technical data skills, including extensive experience with SQL, data manipulation, and Microsoft Excel.
• Effective time management skills: organize work schedules to consistently meet deadlines.
• Excellent business communication abilities.
• Experience in gathering and interpreting requirements and aligning them with product capabilities.
• Capacity to empathize with customers and comprehend their needs throughout all phases of the software lifecycle.
• Initiative with the ability to work with minimal oversight and adapt to evolving processes.
• Preferred: Hands-on experience with Varicent software products, including administration, implementation, and support.
