This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Take on the role of an expert and specialist, entrusted with overseeing and cultivating your assigned client portfolio.
• Evaluate the effects of new features and fixes, aligning them with the organizational needs of customers.
• Assist in configuring Varicent-specific solutions tailored to customer requirements as needed.
• Produce and share monthly performance and support metric reports.
• Analyze usage data and metrics to pinpoint necessary remedial actions.
• Aid in the implementation of proactive maintenance remedial actions.
• Support fellow team members by troubleshooting errors, bugs, and technical challenges while advising on best practices for optimizations, thereby enhancing the team's skill set.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with our team to foster sustainable project and product growth.
• Engage in Success Planning Workshops to promote Customer Success initiatives through effective Customer Success Planning.
• Work with internal stakeholders to review the change management process and suggest improvements for the future where applicable.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Consulting and Enterprise Software Implementation.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a technical field or a related business discipline.
• Prior experience with Query-Based Languages and Relational Databases.
• Technical data skills, including substantial experience with SQL, data manipulation, and Microsoft Excel.
• Effective time management skills: organize work schedules to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Strong business communication abilities.
• Experience in gathering and interpreting requirements, aligning them with product capabilities.
• Capacity to empathize with customers and comprehend their needs throughout the software lifecycle.
• Initiative and capability to work with minimal oversight.
• Ability to adapt to evolving processes and changes.
• Preferred: Hands-on experience with Varicent software products (administrating, implementing, and/or supporting).
