This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Serve as a knowledgeable expert and specialist, entrusted with the management and cultivation of your assigned client portfolio.
• Evaluate the impact of new features and fixes, aligning them with the organizational needs of customers.
• Assist in tailoring Varicent-specific solutions according to customer requests and requirements.
• Produce and disseminate monthly performance and support metric reports.
• Analyze usage data and metrics to pinpoint necessary remedial actions.
• Aid in the implementation of remedial actions aimed at proactive maintenance.
• Provide support to team members by troubleshooting errors, bugs, and technical challenges, while advising on best practices for optimizations, thereby enhancing the team's skills.
• Take the initiative to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with our team to foster sustainable project and product development.
• Engage in Success Planning Workshops to drive Customer Success initiatives through effective Customer Success Planning.
• Work alongside internal stakeholders to evaluate the change management process and suggest improvements for future states where applicable.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Consulting and Enterprise Software Implementation.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a technical discipline or a related business field.
• Previous experience with Query-Based Languages and Relational Databases.
• Technical data capabilities, including extensive experience with SQL, data manipulation, and Microsoft Excel.
• Time management skills: effectively organize work schedules to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Strong business communication abilities.
• Experience in gathering and interpreting requirements and aligning them with product capabilities.
• Capacity to empathize with customers and understand their needs throughout the software lifecycle.
• Initiative and the ability to work with minimal oversight.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving and changing processes.
• Preferred: Hands-on experience with Varicent software products (administering, implementing, and/or supporting).
