This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take on the role of an expert and specialist, entrusted with the management and nurturing of your assigned client portfolio.
• Evaluate the effects of new features and fixes, aligning them with the organizational needs of customers.
• Assist in configuring Varicent-specific solutions according to customer requests.
• Produce and disseminate monthly performance and support metric reports.
• Analyze usage data and metrics to pinpoint necessary remedial actions.
• Facilitate the implementation of proactive maintenance remedial actions.
• Provide support to team members by troubleshooting errors, bugs, and technical obstacles, while advising on best practices for optimization, thereby enhancing team skills.
• Proactively identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with our team to foster sustainable project and product growth.
• Engage in Success Planning Workshops to advance Customer Success initiatives through Customer Success Planning.
• Work alongside internal stakeholders to review the change management process and suggest potential future states where applicable.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Consulting and Enterprise Software Implementation.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a technical field or a related business discipline.
• Previous experience with Query-Based Languages and Relational Databases.
• Technical data skills, including substantial experience with SQL, data manipulation, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong time management abilities to organize work schedules and consistently meet deadlines.
• Excellent business communication skills.
• Experience in gathering and interpreting requirements, aligning them with product capabilities.
• Capacity to empathize with customers and comprehend their needs throughout the software lifecycle.
• Initiative and the ability to work with minimal oversight, along with adaptability to changing and evolving processes.
• Preferred: Hands-on experience with Varicent software products (administration, implementation, and/or support).
