This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take on the role of an expert and specialist, entrusted with the management and development of your assigned client portfolio.
• Evaluate the impact of new features and fixes, aligning them with customers' organizational needs.
• Assist in configuring Varicent-specific solutions according to customer requirements as needed.
• Produce and share monthly performance and support metric reports.
• Analyze usage data and metrics to pinpoint necessary remedial actions.
• Facilitate the implementation of remedial actions for proactive maintenance.
• Provide support to fellow team members by troubleshooting errors, bugs, and technical challenges, while advising on best practices for optimizations—enhancing the team's skills in the process.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with our team to foster sustainable project and product growth.
• Engage in Success Planning Workshops to promote Customer Success initiatives through effective Customer Success Planning.
• Work alongside internal stakeholders to review the change management process and propose potential future improvements.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Consulting and Enterprise Software Implementation.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a technical discipline or a related business field.
• Previous experience with Query Based Languages and Relational Databases.
• Technical data skills, including robust experience with SQL, data manipulation, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong time management skills: ability to organize work schedules to consistently meet deadlines.
• Excellent business communication skills.
• Experience in gathering and interpreting requirements, aligning them with product capabilities.
• Capacity to empathize with customers and understand their needs throughout the software lifecycle.
• Initiative and the ability to work with minimal oversight.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving and changing processes.
• Prior hands-on experience with Varicent software products (Administering, implementing, and/or supporting).
• Experience with SPM Software.
