This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Serve as a strategic ally to the sales team after a sale, facilitating account continuity while allowing sales to concentrate on new opportunities.
• Oversee the technical implementation of the Upwind platform following a sale, ensuring the seamless and successful onboarding and deployment of new features.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, swiftly addressing issues and upholding a high-quality customer experience.
• Cultivate robust, long-lasting relationships by introducing new functionalities, collecting feedback, and steering roadmap discussions.
• Collaborate with the sales team during renewals and expansions to synchronize technical planning with customer requirements and enhance value.
• Engage proactively with customers to highlight essential security insights, guide feature usage, and ensure they maximize the benefits of the Upwind platform.
• Comprehend and advocate for your customers' needs across various functions (e.g., Product Management and Technical Support).
• Over 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles within SaaS, particularly in Technical Account Management, Solution Architecture, or comparable positions.
• Strong technical expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), cybersecurity, or DevOps.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven experience in leading technical projects, overseeing cloud deployments, and promoting feature adoption.
• Strategic mindset with the capability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Relevant certifications in cloud or security are preferred.
