Staff Program Manager – Enterprise Technology and Security/Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive execution of strategic ETS programs.

• Propel governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across cloud infrastructure, IT systems, and security operations.

• Develop and uphold program management best practices, playbooks, and governance frameworks.

• Act as the main point of accountability for program status and executive-level updates.

• Collaborate with ETS stakeholders to clarify program goals and navigate uncertainties.

• Identify, monitor, and proactively address program risks and challenges.

• Advocate for continuous improvement by evaluating program performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.

• PMP, PgMP, or an equivalent program management certification is highly preferred.

• More than 7 years of progressive experience in program or project management.

• Proven experience managing GRC, IT transformation, or large-scale security programs.

• Knowledge of frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, or FedRAMP.

• Outstanding stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.

• Experience in or with quantum computing, deep-tech, or similarly pioneering technology organizations is a plus.

• Proficient in using project and program management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
