This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Provide exceptional technical support to International Defense and Government clients
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to UAS hardware, software, and cloud services
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional specialists to address intricate technical challenges
• Uphold high standards of case management and contribute to overall operational excellence
• 5-7 years of experience in technical support
• Familiarity with drones, UAVs, or UAS platforms
• Strong skills in technical troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Prior experience in customer support within defense, government, public safety, utilities, transportation, infrastructure, or similarly complex operational settings
• Willingness to travel to regional customer locations up to 10% of the time
