This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.
• In the role of Senior TA Partner, you will lead the complete recruitment lifecycle, provide an exceptional experience to discerning stakeholders, and advocate for innovation in recruitment.
• Engage closely with leaders in security, engineering, and intelligence to outline long-term capacity plans, identify key competencies, and develop focused hiring strategies for specialized profiles in threat intelligence and insider risk.
• Proactively source elusive, niche technical candidates—like Threat Researchers, Reverse Engineers, Insider Threat Analysts, Security Architects, and Incident Responders—by employing innovative strategies, advanced Boolean techniques, and established industry networks.
• Utilize AI-driven tools and the latest recruiting technologies to enhance workflow efficiency, boost candidate engagement, and refine overall talent intelligence.
• Conduct thorough screenings of candidates to evaluate their technical skills, interpersonal abilities, and alignment with high-stakes mission objectives.
• Ensure a smooth interview process (with support from our Talent Coordinators) and expertly manage the offer, negotiation, and closing phases.
• Keep hiring managers informed with regular operational updates, data-driven recruitment metrics, and insightful market intelligence regarding industry hiring trends and competitor talent landscapes.
• Establish trust rapidly, both internally and externally, communicating effectively, discreetly, and diplomatically across all levels—from individual contributors to executive leadership.
• Serve as a peer mentor to impart advanced sourcing skills within the broader TA team.
• Maintain utmost confidentiality, exemplary attention to detail, and guarantee that all recruiting activities adhere to stringent hiring policies, background/vetting standards, relevant legislation, and organizational guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical industry experience.
• 7–10+ years of technical recruiting and sourcing experience, with a proven history of successfully filling complex, niche roles within cybersecurity, internal security/SecOps, engineering, or intelligence sectors.
• Extensive experience in end-to-end talent acquisition for rapidly growing software and high-tech companies is essential.
• Preferred: A background that combines both agency and corporate in-house recruiting, with knowledge of recruiting for Insider Threat, personnel risk, high-clearance environments, threat intelligence, or specialized software engineering teams.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI technologies to improve decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, enhance efficiency, and drive business results.
