This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Act as the main point of contact for project escalations.
• Ensure all teams, both internal and external, are aligned.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations to facilitate a seamless and successful customer journey from project initiation to launch.
• Support our scaling initiatives by refining our implementation management and delivery operations processes while contributing to best practices.
• Play a direct role in creating additional internal and external materials on various topics, including product education and technical specifications/limitations.
• Provide regular feedback to Sales and Product teams to enhance hand-offs, onboarding, training, and customer stabilization processes.
• Maintain Implementation KPIs and other data sources to ensure maximum transparency regarding client health and deliverables.
• Offer post-launch support, which includes recurring check-ins, usage analysis, and assistance in client renewal discussions.
• Expand the company’s outreach by organizing and participating in events such as webinars, conferences, and other opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Manager of Implementation to enhance Standard Operating Procedures, optimize data collection, and amplify the Voice of the Customer to internal stakeholders.
• Conduct on-site client visits for successful onboarding, requiring up to 50% travel.
• 5+ years of experience as a customer-facing implementation manager, project manager, technical program manager, or management consultant.
• Proven experience managing complex projects for multiple enterprise clients, each exceeding $200,000 ARR.
• Persuasive and results-oriented customer influencer with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively partner with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts, as well as day-to-day software users.
• A collaborative team player capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Proficient in working with diverse teams.
• Ability to learn and drive results with minimal supervision.
• Strong sense of empathy and a commitment to improving the lives of those in the built environment.
• Experience in construction or real estate technology is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must reside in a US time zone (within the continental United States).
