πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take charge of the onboarding experience – Guide clients through the implementation of various products and platforms, ensuring compliance objectives are aligned with business goals.

β€’ Engage with senior stakeholders – Foster trusted relationships with founders, CXOs, and security leaders, offering expert advice on security frameworks and best practices.

β€’ Drive technical adoption – Address integration challenges, provide technical recommendations, and ensure a smooth Sprinto deployment customized for each client.

β€’ Collaborate across teams – Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments (Product, Customer Support, Compliance) to tackle challenges and drive enhancements.

β€’ Monitor customer performance – Keep track of key performance metrics (onboarding speed, satisfaction scores, and issue resolution times) to improve the customer experience.

β€’ Advocate for client needs – Collect feedback, identify trends, and contribute to product improvements that enhance security and compliance experiences.

β€’ Ensure ongoing enhancement – Refine onboarding processes, documentation, and internal workflows to boost efficiency and scalability. Prior experience in onboarding and implementation is essential.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 3-5 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 2 years in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles within a SaaS or technology-focused environment.

β€’ Strong technical problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to troubleshoot integrations and suggest customized solutions.

β€’ Exceptional communication skills – Capable of simplifying complex security concepts for both technical teams and executive leadership.

β€’ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack is advantageous.

β€’ Proficient in AI tools and platforms – Comfortable using AI-native workflows, LLM-based productivity tools, and automation features to streamline onboarding, extract insights, and enhance large-scale customer engagement.

β€’ Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer) are highly desirable.
