This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Take charge of the onboarding experience β Guide clients through the implementation of various products and platforms, ensuring compliance objectives are aligned with business goals.
β’ Engage with senior stakeholders β Foster trusted relationships with founders, CXOs, and security leaders, offering expert advice on security frameworks and best practices.
β’ Drive technical adoption β Address integration challenges, provide technical recommendations, and ensure a smooth Sprinto deployment customized for each client.
β’ Collaborate across teams β Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments (Product, Customer Support, Compliance) to tackle challenges and drive enhancements.
β’ Monitor customer performance β Keep track of key performance metrics (onboarding speed, satisfaction scores, and issue resolution times) to improve the customer experience.
β’ Advocate for client needs β Collect feedback, identify trends, and contribute to product improvements that enhance security and compliance experiences.
β’ Ensure ongoing enhancement β Refine onboarding processes, documentation, and internal workflows to boost efficiency and scalability. Prior experience in onboarding and implementation is essential.
β’ 3-5 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 2 years in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles within a SaaS or technology-focused environment.
β’ Strong technical problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to troubleshoot integrations and suggest customized solutions.
β’ Exceptional communication skills β Capable of simplifying complex security concepts for both technical teams and executive leadership.
β’ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack is advantageous.
β’ Proficient in AI tools and platforms β Comfortable using AI-native workflows, LLM-based productivity tools, and automation features to streamline onboarding, extract insights, and enhance large-scale customer engagement.
β’ Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer) are highly desirable.
