Technical Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for incoming client inquiries.

• Foster strong connections with teams and founders within the Ethereum and wider Web3 community.

• Facilitate initial technical discussions and assist clients in navigating the engagement process.

• Collaborate on technically sound proposals and scoping conversations with Security Assessment Managers.

• Ensure seamless transitions from proposal stages to active assessments.

• Maintain oversight of engagement pipelines and ongoing communication with clients.

• Contribute to the creation of technical articles, ecosystem updates, and relevant written content.

• Bring experience in technical coordination, ecosystem-facing roles, developer relations, operations, partnerships, or client engagement.

• Thrive when working independently in a remote setting.
