This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
β’ Manage post-sale technical relationships to assist customers in developing solutions for cloud discovery, EDR correlation, and integrating vulnerability data.
β’ Conduct technical reviews and document the platform's business impact, feature requests, and adoption obstacles to ensure development aligns with customer value.
β’ Provide training to customers on product usage, Advanced Query Wizard logic, and the creation of automated workflows, such as ticketing for high-risk assets.
β’ Assess implementation risk factors, monitor changes in customer leadership, and execute remediation strategies to address deployment challenges.
β’ Between two to six years of experience in customer-facing roles or technical delivery within the cybersecurity technology field.
β’ Demonstrated expertise in correlating data across various security silos, including Endpoint, Network, and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
β’ Technical knowledge in working with REST APIs, JSON structures, internet protocols, and data structures such as CSV and SQL.
β’ Experience navigating customer organizational frameworks to autonomously tackle technical implementation challenges and feature needs.
