This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Propel the account forward each day by identifying needs and addressing them before they escalate into issues.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, delivery, and operations teams to fulfill commitments made.
• Ensure that the deliverables sent to the client meet both quality standards and substance requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison for the client, managing daily inquiries from their executives.
• Translate client requests into clear priorities and actionable next steps.
• Oversee account planning, including roadmaps, renewals, expansions, and commercial details.
• Take charge of client reporting, ensuring it is actionable rather than merely informational.
• Manage incidents and escalations with composure—setting expectations, aligning stakeholders, and driving resolutions.
• Utilize appropriate tools to enhance efficiency—such as meeting summaries, communications, reports, usage analysis, and account documentation.
• You have experience managing enterprise client relationships (3+ years is a guideline, not a strict rule—we value capability).
• You are available to work during US Eastern Time hours and have reliable internet access.
• You possess a genuine passion for basketball.
• You work proactively and independently, adept at handling multiple moving parts simultaneously.
• You critically analyze what a client truly needs, beyond just their requests.
• You are comfortable collaborating across teams to achieve results without formal authority.
• Your communication is clear and concise—complex ideas simplified.
