This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Overseeing cross-functional technical initiatives, managing timelines, resources, and dependencies to guarantee stakeholder alignment and achievement of project objectives.
• Acting as a bridge between Account Managers in GTM, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to ensure consensus on technical requirements and timelines for customer onboarding and launches.
• Developing and upholding project plans that outline clear milestones, deliverables, and critical paths for both customers and internal teams.
• Enhancing communication between Account Management and Product, tracking action items generated from customer interactions and escalations, as well as assisting in the preparation and delivery of customer communications.
• Collaborating closely with the GTM and Product teams to confirm that all essential technical deliverables for the customer, such as documentation, integrations, and testing, are completed within deadlines.
• Partnering with our large enterprise clients to establish and reach clear project milestones, facilitating their onboarding, growth, performance optimization, and overall success with Veriff's solutions.
• Keeping project documentation up-to-date, including schedules, progress reports, and risk logs, while providing regular status updates to leadership.
• Leading customer journey support by guiding clients from onboarding to adoption and value realization, while coordinating with support and engineering teams to resolve issues and ensure ongoing success.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Principal Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, Software Engineering, or Technical Account Management within a SaaS software environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in English.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to simplify complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adeptness at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, support, GTM, and product management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage clients effectively, take initiative, lead projects and global teams, and engage in hands-on technical work with a strong sense of accountability.
